By using this website and the Recovatron application, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the app. Recovatron is a product of AgemoWare ("we", "us").

Use of the software

The Recovatron application is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The installer contains the full end-user license agreement that governs your use of the software.

License

A purchased license grants one person the right to use Recovatron on one active device at a time, tied to the email address used at checkout. You may move the license between your own devices by signing in on the new device. Licenses are non-transferable to third parties.

About data recovery

Data recovery outcomes vary and are never guaranteed. Results depend on the state of the media and whether the regions holding your files have been overwritten. Always save recovered files to a different drive from the one you are recovering, keep backups where possible, and stop using a failing drive as soon as you suspect trouble.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AgemoWare, its owners, and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising out of or in connection with your use of Recovatron or this website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from Recovatron or the website is limited to the amount you paid us for the software in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which includes a 14-day money-back guarantee.
