We want you to buy Recovatron only if it works for you. That is why we offer a free trial that lets you preview recoverable files and restore up to 3 files or 100 MB before you pay.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Recovatron for any reason, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to explain why.

How to request a refund

Contact us from the address you used to purchase, with:

• The order ID from your purchase email.
• A short note (optional).

Refunds are processed within 3 business days. The money returns via the original payment method; your bank may take additional time to post it.

After the refund

Once a refund is issued, the associated license is deactivated. The app will return to free-trial mode on your device.

After 14 days

After 14 days we may still issue refunds at our discretion, for example if the product is not working correctly on your hardware and we cannot resolve it. Contact us and we will try to help.

EU right of withdrawal

If you live in the EU, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. By downloading and activating Recovatron on your device, you agree that performance of the contract begins immediately. You still benefit from the money-back guarantee described above.

Chargebacks

If you have a problem, please contact us first. Filing a chargeback through your bank without contacting us makes it much harder for us to help and may result in the associated license being permanently revoked.
